On-page tool
A title tag is a promise. Keep it short enough to keep.
Write the service, the city if it matters, and the brand. The tool counts characters because Google will, whether you do or not.

Name the job
“Home” tells Google nothing. “Website design Abuja | Tycoon Concept” at least points at a market.
One city is enough
Stuffing Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and “nationwide” into 60 characters is how titles get truncated into nonsense.
Descriptions sell the click
The description is an ad for the page. Say who it is for and what happens after they click.
Questions we actually get
Before you run the tool and disappear.
Should every page title include Nigeria?
Only if the searcher would type it. “Hotel website design Abuja” is usually more useful than a slogan with the country bolted on.
Can I use this on product pages too?
Yes. Put the product and the distinguishing fact first. Brand last, unless the brand is what people search.
